Please note: Prices may vary. Please call to discuss your event. Reservation fees do not include food, beverage, linens, music, event setup or other special services.

  • An event will be reserved once a $1000.00 non-refundable deposit and signed Rental Agreement have been received. Remaining balances on all contracts and addendums, including beverage services are due no later than 30 days prior to event.
  • A minimum $500.00 refundable damage deposit is required in addition to any reservation.
  • All or a portion of the damage deposit may be retained by Mad Art in situations when an event exceeds the time allotted in the contract.
  • Damage deposit may vary depending upon the type and size of event being proposed.
  • Due to permits and licensing, additional event time ($500/hour) must be pre-approved.
  • Prices are subject to change until both parties approve the proposal in writing, and both the deposit and required paperwork are received.

* The Gallery is closed on MONDAYS. Base price for event time between 5pm and 1am only. In addition to your event time, caterers are allowed entry 2-hours prior to your event. Guests may arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your event and stay no more than 30 minutes after event conclusion before additional fees will be assessed. Deliveries/pick-ups prior to and after event must be approved by Mad Art.

** Clients who choose to exceed the suggested 250 seating capacity for a “sit down dining event” may compromise the quality of their event and do at their own risk. (Additional labor fees may apply.) Our venue holds 250 seated at 60" round tables and allows room for dancing and buffet setup in the main gallery. Events exceeding 250 may require reformatting the event plan from food stations to a sit down service dinner and also forfeit a dance floor. Tenting in the courtyard is an additional option to accommodate food stations and additional seating, but only during specific seasons. Our main glass door will not be raised for any events.

++ Events where ticket sales or admission fees are involved and/or the number of guests is not known in advance are considered public events.
