The Madness of Love Art Show and Circus Wedding will take place at Mad Art Gallery on Saturday, February 20, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. and features artwork by Tomahawk Productions (Tom Huck and Josh Rowan), Elisa Fogleman, Bradley Pipkin, and Ron Beuchele. The exhibit tells a true, peculiar story that is the tale of Sturdy Gurlesque and love. A Spectacular Wed-tacular, Sturdy Gurlesque, the fire eating, St. Louis phenomenon to be married!

Totally 80's Trivia Fundraiser at Mad Art Gallery, 2727 S. 12th St., on Friday, February 26th from 7:00-10:00pm (doors open at 6:30). The Event supports St. Louis Open Studio and Gallery (SCOSaG), a local non-profit on a mission for accessible, affordable arts programming in the St. Louis community. Tickets are $20 per person or a table of 10 for 200. Tickets include open bar!

Mad Art Gallery presents an evening with the author of Joe's Black T-Shirt, Joe Schwartz, on Friday, March 26, at 7 p. m.
Much can be said about biggest small town in America but far too little has been written about it. In the tradition of like-minded fellows such as Glen Savan and Kyle Beachy comes Joe Schwartz, a gritty storyteller who casts a light upon the darkest corners of the city. Each story offers sharp examinations on subjects as varied as adultery and abortion to gun smugglers.

Mad Art Gallery proudly presents the Found Footage Festival, the acclaimed touring showcase of odd and hilarious found videos which makes its first-ever appearance in St. Louis in May with an all-new show. Hosts Joe Pickett and Nick Prueher, whose credits include The Onion and the Late Show with David Letterman, are excited to present a brand-new lineup of found video clips and live comedy on Sunday, May 9th at 7:30 p.m. at Mad Art Gallery (2727 South 12th St.). Tickets are $10 and are available in advance at www.foundfootagefest.com.
