Your event is the only one taking place, in the entire building, during your rental times. The event space is exclusive to your event and our staff will be focused solely on you and your guests.

Our experienced and highly trained bartenders serve an assortment of beer, wine, liquor, soda, juices, mixers and garnishes. Let us create a signature cocktail and customize a beverage structure perfect for your guests and your budget.
Tables, Chairs & Linens
All tables, chairs and linens, including 60" rounds (seating up to 10 guests), bistro tables (seating 4 guests), and cocktail tables (standing), plus our black, padded folding chairs are part of our rental package for all guests. You'll also have your choice of our classic black or white linens.
Approximately 2,000 square feet of outdoor charm is available for your enjoyment, weather permitting. Guests can view the courtyard from inside the gallery through our magnificent glass garage door.
The courtyard's stately outdoor brick fireplace provides a warm glow and lovely ambiance for guests as they enjoy the fresh air.
A free, secure and well-lit parking lot is located directly across from our building. It can accommodate up to 100 cars. Plus, on-street parking in the neighborhood is also free.
