Mad Art is committed to sustainable practices throughout its operations. Supporting local artisans and farmers, we seek out the best possible ingredients and pride ourselves on developing menus that are appropriate for each client, catering environment and season.
We are able to adjust menu offerings to suit your eco-friendly wishes. Wild salmon, free-range chicken and grass-fed beef are just a few of the sustainable options possible. We can also help you to build a menu utilizing Missouri-grown produce, cheeses, baked goods and other local products.
All catering packages include server and kitchen labor, china, and silverware, rolls, water, and cake cutting.
Buffet dinners start at $40/person and include two proteins, three side, and a soup or a salad.
Seated dinners begin at $55/guest and include two proteins for each guests, two sides and a soup or a salad.
Mad Art offers three customizable bar packages: Basic, Standard, and Premium. All of our packages are offered for 3.5 hours of a 4 hour rental period. All packages may be extended in 1/2 hour increments.
